Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for new order damage, defects and manufacturer faults upon original shipment. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or mislabeled/wrong item:

We will need you to send us a detailed description and clear photos of the issue within 30 days and with enough time for us to create a problem report to Printful.com (Our Printing Supplier). You may also choose to contact Printful directly if you would like to directly work with them.

In most cases, for these reasons we will not require the customer to ship back the damaged/defective or mislabeled/wrong item.

To complete your return, we would just need your order number and the problem shown in photos. Once the damage report is complete, we will ship a free replacement. We will not be able to refund for the item.

Please do not send any returns back to our listed address on the bottom of every page on the website. Depending on where your item shipped from, you would need to send it back to the same warehouse if you wanted to send it back.

There are certain situations where you may cancel an order:

  • If you ordered on TikTok Shop, you have a 1-hour window starting immediately after the order is made to cancel the order

Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse or Size Exchanges

We use a considerably accurate Size Chart on each and every item, so we do not accept returns for size changes unfortunately.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or if you do not want the item anymore. Except in Brazil, which has governing laws regarding buyer’s remorse.

Order Lost in Transit

All orders are shipped and fulfilled by Printful. We are a designer that uses Printful for our custom graphic printing needs. Each item receives a unique tracking link or tracking number for every shipment.

If your package tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact Printful’s support team (links are below on every page of this website in the footer). If confirmed lost, Printful will typically cover the cost of a replacement free of charge.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item other than ordered. You will not have to send back the item in these cases. We do not allow exchanges for other reasons.
